We had chosen this hotel for an extended family get-together. We had made separate bookings for each family and so it must have been a bit confusing for the hotel staff. But they received us in a warm and friendly way. Also, a few of our people checked in late and hungry (past restaurant closing time), but the served the hot and delicious pizza from the freezer. We really liked that. The bar / restaurant was spacious and looked very cheerful. It is in a very quiet part of Guingamp and the old city center with its medieval church was nearby, as was the train station.

We arrived very, very late as a consequence of ferry delays and could not have wished for a more welcoming, helpful service from an extremely pleasant, polite young man. He was a real credit to your company. The breakfast provided a good choice of foods and there was plenty available. It was good value for money, The breakfast room/facilities were very hygienic and well supervised. A big thank you to your staff for providing a calm end to a somewhat stressful day.
